What is the delivery time & cost? 

The delivery time of your Flymo order will vary depending on your delivery address and the type of products you have chosen.
We currently offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom and we are offering Free Delivery on orders with a value over £45.00.

Delivery for Flymo machines

  • We aim for next day delivery depending on stock availability. For some models this may be longer.
  • If the product is in our warehouse, you will receive your order next day delivery when you order Monday to Thursday before 4pm (excl. public holidays)
  • Orders placed after 4pm, and with products in our warehouse, your order will be delivered on the second day after you placed your order
  • Orders received on Friday before 4pm, and with products in our warehouse, will be delivered on the following Monday
  • The above does not apply for deliveries to remote areas (highlands and islands of the United Kingdom)

Yes, we do. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland.
We hope to resolve the issue soon and be able to start selling direct to our customers again in these locations.

Can I track my order?

We will inform you by email, as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
You can track your order by following the link in your shipment notification email.
Unfortunately we cannot offer tracking information on accessory-only orders to Ireland.

Where can I see the status of my order?

You can login to My Account and view your order status. It will be categorised as one of the below

Order open The order is processed and hasn't left out warehouse yet. 
Order shipped The order left our warehouse and is on its way to you. You can find the tracking-information in your shipment notification email
Order cancelled You order has been cancelled, please contact our customer service team

 


How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you have submitted.
If you haven't received an email, please contact our Customer Service team.

 


Do I need to create an account to buy from your online shop?

No, you can also check out as a guest, meaning you do not have to create an account.
However to have an overview of your recent orders, save payment credentials, or delivery addresses
or if you just want to receive the latest news from Flymo, we encourage you to create an account.
