Flymo free battery - Terms and conditions

1. The Flymo Free Battery Offer is the offer by the Promoter of a free 18V, 2.0Ah battery (the “Gift”) to purchasers on purchases of the following items only:

Claims are valid for purchases on eligible Flymo items made between 1st June 2025 and 30th June 2025 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim by 31st July 2025.

2. No other offers can be claimed in conjunction with the Flymo Free Battery Offer.

4. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products are excluded from the Promotion.

5. All Flymo products purchased on a trade or contract basis (i.e. non consumer purchases) are excluded from the Promotion.

6. The promotion is open to residents aged 18 and over of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland only.

7. The Promotion, which starts on 1st June 2025 and runs until 30th June 2025, only applies to purchases made on or between these dates. The Promoter must receive a completed and valid claim by 31st July 2025.  If customers claim is rejected, customers have a deadline of 7^th August 2025 to re-supply proof of purchase.

8. The Promotion is offered via participating retailers only, and only participating retailers will have the official advertising literature. Participating retailers are as follows: Argos, Amazon, B&Q, BID, BuyaParcel, Dealer – Generic, Ebay, Homebase, FFX, Go Outdoors, Handy, Home Hardware, Home Hardware Sw, JD Williams, Machine Mart, Screwfix, Stax, Studio, The Range, Very, Currys, Wickes, Woodies (Ireland), Wilko.

9. How to Claim:
a. To claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the online or offline claim form. The online claim form is available on www.flymopromo.com/battery. The offline claim form is downloadable and printable from www.flymopromo.com/battery.
b. Claims must be received by the Promoter no later than midnight on the 31st July 2025 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.
c. If a receipt number cannot be provided at the time of the claim because the item has not been delivered by 31st July 2025, please state when the delivery is expected and complete the claim after delivery has taken place and before 31st July 2023.
d. A copy of original proof of purchase must be provided for claim forms. For the avoidance of doubt, copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations will not be accepted. Purchasers can contact www.flymopromo.com/battery/contact-us.
e. A photograph of the receipt is required for online claims. Claims will not be eligible for validation until a photograph of the proof of purchase is provided.

10. Offline claims are posted at claimants risk and proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
 

11. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their opinion, fraudulent or invalid.

12. The Gift will not be paid in the event that the product purchased is returned to the relevant retailer.

13. Only claims for products supplied directly by the eligible, participating retailers will be accepted.

14. Claimants should allow up to 3 weeks from date the claim is validated for the delivery of their Gift.

15. All claim forms and copy purchase receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to claimants therefore please ensure you keep a copy. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.

16. By submitting a claim, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their eligible Flymo product and wishes to return it, the Gift i.e. the battery, will need to be returned.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

19. All correspondence and/or offline claim forms should be sent to ‘Flymo Free Battery Offer’, Marketing Lounge Partnership of The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG.

20. Customers are limited to no more than 3 claims per household.

21. The Promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

22. The Promoter is Flymo, Husqvarna UK, Preston Road, Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, DL5 6UP and registered company number 0974979.

23. This Promotion is carried out and facilitated by Marketing Lounge Partnership on behalf of the Promoter.

24. The Data Controller and Data Processor (as defined in the General Data Protection Regulations ((EU) 2016/679)) is the Marketing Lounge Partnership of The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG.
