What is your returns policy?
If your Flymo purchase does not meet your expectations or if you change your mind, you can return it within 28 days from the date of delivery.
As per our terms and conditions, returns costs may need to be covered by yourself. The sum of £7 may be deducted from your refund.
How do I return my product?
We want to make the returns process as simple as possible. If you need to send your product back, please inform our Customer Service team that you want to return a product with the button below. Provide them with your Web Shop order number (#000 ) & the products you wish to return. They will then book in a collection for your machine with DPD.
After we have received and checked your product, we will refund the amount of the returned goods deducted by the cost of collection to the payment method you used in your original order.

Please note we do not collect accessories and these would need to be posted back to us before we can issue your refund.
My product is booked in for collection with DPD. Which steps should I now follow?
Once your collection has been confirmed with DPD and they will be with you on the allocated day discussed at time of request. You will receive a text message from DPD about 1 & ½ hours before they arrive.
The collection process has been designed to be as simple as possible for you, please follow these steps:
1. If you won’t be around for collection, follow the link in the text to re-arrange directly with DPD
2. You won’t need any paperwork, simply leave the product outside in the box it came in.
3. Try to make it clear to the DPD driver where the product is located
