    Can I track my order?

    Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you should receive a tracking link from DPD for a larger product, or Royal Mail for a spare part or accessory.


    We aim to delivery your larger product next day via DPD, however this is stock dependant. Rest assured we will deliver to you as soon as we can. We aim to deliver accessories within 3-5 days.


    If you've been waiting longer than 1 week for your order, please contact our team and quote your order number, starting with '000'


    What are your delivery charges?

    Our delivery charge is £5.25, however if you spend over £45 you will qualify for free shipping.


    Can I change or cancel my order? 

    Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't left our warehouse. Please contact our Customer Service Team ASAP. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return your products in accordance with our returns process.


    What Payment Methods do you accept? 

    We accept both Credit and Debit Cards & also payments made via PayPal.
