When purchasing a Flymo product from an associated retailer, you are entering into a contract with the retailer, NOT Flymo.
This is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, your rights are against the retailer – the company that sold you the product – not the manufacturer. However we would like to discuss any issue you have with a Flymo product before you attempt to return it to your retailer at Flymo customer services on:

Before purchasing any product from a retailer it is recommended that you fully understand the returns policy of your selected the retailer.
If any part is found to be defective due to faulty manufacture within one year of original purchase, Flymo through its Authorised Service Repairers, will affect the repair or replacement to the customer free of charge providing:-
- The fault is reported directly to the Authorised Repairer of Flymo;
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- The fault is not caused by misuse, neglect, or faulty adjustment by the user.
- The failure has not occurred through fair wear and tear.
Where the product has failed due to user error, incorrect storage or inappropriate use, Flymo cannot be held liable for the product failure and all claims made against the warranty are held as void.
Note: Before phoning Customer Service it is advised that you first check the fuse of your product, and the plug socket that you are attempting to use. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your claim.
During this call you will be asked a few simple questions to try and ascertain the cause and fault with the product. Please have you product number and serial number ready, this can be found on a silver label on your machine.
Where machines are to be repaired, under no circumstances will parts be sent to individuals to undertake the work themselves. All our dealers are specially trained and qualified and are able to carry out electrical tests to ensure all parts are fitted correctly.
