My new Pac a Shredder won’t start.
Ensure that the debris box is securely in place and that there are no blockages. Also make sure that the product has not been overloaded – leave the product for a couple of minutes then press the reset button to restart the product.
The branches are not being shredded by the Pac A Shredder – they just form a chain.
The cutting plate requires adjustment. Please refer to the user manual for information on adjusting the cutters.

Turn the control switch to reverse remove the clogged debris and feed through again. Ensure the debris diameter does not exceed 40mm.
