Before you contact Flymo you are required to supply the product and serial number of your machine. The product number correctly identifies your product in much the same way a VIN or chassis number of a car. The illustration depicts the silver and black rating label that is attached to your machine – the product and serial number are circled.
If the rating label is missing, please type the model name, e.g. Vision Compact 330, of your machine in the product number field and the approximate date of purchase in the serial number field.
Omission of the product and serial number will generate a request for this information, so delaying a resolution to your enquiry.
